Family run business, featuring great food from Chef Giannina Gavaldon (co-owner). Delicious, fresh, wholesome all in a very rustic laid back atmosphere. Road to get to it is good although off the beaten path so might be tricky first time driving there.
Amazing food! A little off the beaten path and not as touristy as some of the other restaurants in the Valle.
Chef Giannina brings all the Baja flavor to the table, and its place is unique with great decor. Her specialty is grrilled marrow bone with either meat or local fish. Also, its ricotta with local olive oil and olives is one of a kind. Giannina just launched ist sparkling wine which is amazingly bubblying.
