Located in St. Augustine. Rated #1 milkshake in the state of Florida by USA Today. Cousteau owner Stephen DiMares' father and grandfather once worked overhauling famed oceanographer Jacques Cousteau's boat the Calypso, and DiMares named his Belgian waffle milkshake shop after the Frenchman. His menu items, however, are named for places and characters in the Bill Murray movie "The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou." Go figure. Among the specialty milkshakes are the Papa Steve (blackberry cheesecake and homemade blackberry sauce), the Be Still Cody (chocolate with espresso, mocha sauce and espresso whipped cream) and the Pele Dos Santos (vanilla with bananas and Nutella).
