This is the best bakery in town in my opinion. Harbord Street has a couple of great bookstores and wonderful restaurants. It's a 20 minute walk

They make amazing bread (best challah in toronto ), cakes and other baked treats. Harbord Bakery serving Toronto since 1945. Leading bakery for cakes, pastries, breads, desserts and much more.
