One of my favorite places in Bern to eat out. Historical building, not expensive, good food! In summer some tables outside. Weekend reservation required.

The service and food are excellent. The decor in the back room is old Bern through and through, very charming. The menu is diverse and has something for everyone.

Here are the world's best Mussels (Moules)! The restaurant is reminiscent of a grandmother's room, one of the coziests to eat in Bern. For those who do not like moules, choose "Hörnli & Ghackets" (a typical Swiss dish made from pasta and minced meat) or "Gschwellti mit Chäs" (jacket potatoes with cheese). _________________________________ Hier gibts die weltbesten Moules! Das Restaurant erinnert an Grossmutters Stube, gemütlicher lässt es sich in Bern kaum essen.
