Rise Up Coffee is one of the vendors in here. It is a nice place to sit and eat and watch. I don't think you have to buy from the vendors there to sit there and eat.

Recently re-imagined historic market house sits right in the center of downtown with an unobstructed view of Ego Alley. Walk up to any of the counters and order a burger, Ahi bowl, crab cake sandwich or any of the daily entrée specials. Pick a seat indoors, outdoors or at the oyster bar. Stroller friendly, board games for the kids and craft beers and wine for the adults. Hours vary so check the web.
