Convenient, small grocery store for fresh fruit / produce. Their summer rolls and Thai tapioca is pretty good. Some selection of Asian food supply as well. Support local!

a 9-5 farmers market. beware though, great asian and local produce is interspersed with re-bagged costco stuff to help with one stop shopping for a stir fry, try the tapioca!
