closest park while you are in Arusha , possible to do Walking safari inside the park and visit waterfall. In this park you will get to see some Zebras, Giraffes, Bufalos and few other animals include Unique Black and white Columbus Monkey which not easy to see in other parks .

Great place to see Giraffes up close in person. There are some lovely places to see Zebras and other animals too, and a beautiful lake to end your trip

Arusha is the good city with many national parks especially the big five like lions, elephant,bufallo leopard and rhinos

Arusha National Park so much more than just a game drive and also a great introduction to wildlife viewing in Tanzania. Walking safaris with rangers allowing you to get close to buffalo and giraffe also easy paced canoeing safaris giving a different perspective of birdlife and wildlife that visit to drink. For those that like a challenge, Mt Meru is waiting for you with its peak being at 4566 metres above sea level - climbs can be achieved in 3 days but this is for the super fit extremist which requires a summit and decent all in one day with a accumulated walking total of around 15hrs - the 4 day option is a far better choice allowing time to soak in the park and rest up after the summit.
