My husband swears this is the best poke on the island, it’s a tie for me. Anyway, really chill food truck by Shark’s Cove, there’s a cute cat who will sit next to you if he thinks there’s a piece of ahi in it for him. I love their California bowl.

Located across from Sharks Cove, Aji Limo Truck is a Peruvian Japanese fusion. All the dishes are made with the freshest local fish and organic produce bought from Pupukea Farms.
