Sushi by Katsuya 16542 Ventura Blvd #100, Encino, CA 91436 Japanese 4 Start sushi for 3 star prices. Casual vibe. Place for locals who like consistent quality Japanese food. Happy House is from 5:30 to 6:30 PM on Weekdays. Combination boxes are good value.

One of the best sushi restaurants we've experienced. Can be expensive but the food is usually outstanding. Ask us for suggestions.
