This replaced an archaic overhead freeway and is now a public park that runs near the waterfront. There are sculptures, a merry go round and seating to enjoy the weather, people watching, etc.

This park was created when the "Big Dig" put the central artery underground. It meanders for about a mile through Boston linking the North End, Waterfront, Financial District and China Town. There are fountains, food trucks, performances, and lots of benches where you can sit and enjoy the sights.
