New life has been brought to this renowned institution. The food is definitely one of the reasons to come to Chez Richard, as most of the cooks have worked in Nicolas Scheidt’s kitchens and seem to have a really good idea of what they’re doing. Go for the Argentinian beef, the clams and the shrimp croquette. Located in the Sablons, it is often the favourite stop for art dealers and collectors on their way to openings.
