Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and Blu Grotto (tickets to enter not included in the price and the entrance is due to the sea conditions or other events ). You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time farm history. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our cellar and garden where we'll pick some vegetables to use for the class. Then we'll jump to the kitchen and put our hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, "mettere le mani in pasta". I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma. We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade tagliatelle accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine and finally the amazing tiramisù. This experience also includes a pice of our homemade limoncello. All the food will be prepared and served with our own organic extra virgin olive oil. All cooking classes start with a description of the daily menu and of its ingredients, with specific reference to seasonality and provenance... plus some interesting story or legend connected to thir preparation. In my kitchen all guests will have available all needed ingredients and tools to carry out preparations. I will guide them step by step in such a way that they will learn how to select ingredients and easily reproduce the recipes at home. Our traditional menu includes preparation of: 1. Ravioli caprese 2. Meatballs in tomato sauce OR Fish with citrus fruits At the end of every lesson the guest will enjoy the meal they have prepared in my lovely terrace vith full sea view on the isle of Capri.

We will explore my vineyard, passing trough the orchard and the cave where I collect seasonal products (vegetables, cheese and charcuterie). Once in the wine cellar, we will start the tasting of 4 house wines (red and white) and I will explain the production process. Later, on the panoramic terrace just in front of the winery, we will eat some fresh salami and cheese plates that I produce. The spontaneous interaction is at the base of our philosophy so, according to the season, there will be different ingredients! Other things to note Let us know if you need a transfer. We walk through the village discovering its farmers and food tradition. We will also collect ingredients for cooking. So, after reached our kitchen, we will make our meal in a cooking class learning how to set up traditional and innovative recipes using the best of food production of the area. Many of this products belongs to the Ark of Taste and Slow Food Presidia or comes directly from some local Slow Food Community. We always prepare the entire lunch making several starters, fresh pasta, pesto or other sauces and desserts. We will end our food journey tasting the 3 prepared courses learning how to pair it with local wine and craft beer and homemade liquors. We'll do a kids tour of two hours.During our tour children and parents will jump in the past walking trough the Pompeii of two thousand years ago.At the beginning of the tour children will riceive a questionnaire and some pencils.Partecipating actively in the tour,children will able with the help of the guide and parents to answer to all the questions.Parents prepare yourself because right now I tell you that children will answer 10 out of 10 questions! At the end of the tour children will have realised how Romans lived more the two thousand years ago. They will have discovered what the inhabitants of Pompeii did,what they ate,where they spent their days and so on. they will have enjoyed a magical place without getting bored!At the end of the tour,with the Mount Vesuvius in background and a few steps from the IMPRESSIVE plaster cast, for their great job children will be rewarded with souvenirs that will remind them of Pompeii forever.It's hard not to imagine the wonder and happiness on their faces.You have have just to come to believe it! We pick you up in Positano Pier. This experience combines relax on the enchanting places of the coast, pic-nic on board, swimming, snorkeling and quality time. I want to let you live a special day like the time l spent when l was a child with my family on boat on Sunday. In my experience I put all my passion for the sea to let you enjoy an unforgettable day on the coast. I show you the all hidden germs. We start the enchanting cruise from Positano, following the coast admiring the beauties of the coast like "Pirate grotto", Praiano, Furore lover's bridge, Conca Dei Marini, Elephant kissing rock. When we arrive in Conca Dei Marini, we put the ancor down to start our pic-nic in one of most beautiful area. Here you can jump in some cristalline water. We take our pic-nic basket with local products, prosecco, classic panino, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives and our particular bread with fennel. After lunch, you will continue to enjoy the sea arond the coast and then we will go back to Positano. It s a memorable experience. Other things to note This is a shared tour. During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time history as Wine producer, visit our ancient cellar and partecipate to a "fior di latte" Mozzarella Workshop and gnocchi making. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard overlooking the village. The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards. I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm. Now it's time to make Mozzarella: we will show you how to make it and, equally importantly, we will eat and enjoy it all together. After making mozzarella, we will start to 'Mettere le mani in pasta', meaning we will be making gnocchi. In this way, you will have a typical dish called Gnocchi alla sorrentina with homemade fresh gnocchi and mozzarella. This experience also includes a pice of local dessert and limoncello. Since three generations, my family owns the only Limoncello liqueur factory in the heart of Amalfi. In the first part of the experience, I will explain and show you how to make the real Limoncello and other Amalfi coast liqueurs available in different periods of the year. You will also taste other specialities such as the babà cake with limoncello or lemon cream and dark chocolate limoncello pralines. You will know the important difference between an industrial limoncello liqueur and a fresh homemade one! Capri Premium Tour Our exclusive tour of 8 hours starts from Sorrento at 9:30 AM sailing along the peninsula’s stunning coastline passing Marina Grande, Massa Lubrense and Mitigliano Bay , whilst enjoying a refreshing aperitif. The tour proceeds straight to Capri , where we will stop in the most breathtaking areas of the island like: Withe, Green and Blue Grotto,the Champagne and the Heart cave, the Faraglioni rocks and the Punta Carena lighthouse , Tiberio’s jump and Villa Malaparte. Our last stop before Sorrento at 5 pm will be in the fantastic Queen Giovanna’s Bath, surrounded by the ruins of the oldest Roman Villa of the coast.
