Rural area about 25 min from Syracuse Univ. Very close to Cazenovia. We welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, orientations; unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Room is on the 2nd floor, but upon request we do have another, smaller bedroom w/ full-size futon & full bath on ground floor, so if you can manage a few steps into the house, you won't have to climb stairs. Very safe area, off-street parking, very welcoming hosts. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES, NO PETS. Prefer non-smokers.

Set on 2 acres overlooking the hills and valleys of beautiful Central New York, you'll feel a million miles away in this exquisite 1200 sq ft home. A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away.
