This cottage is functionally furnished and the new owners have included all new linen and a bunk bed in the third bedroom making it an ideal family beach break. It is a short 100m or so walk to the Golf Course, Country Club, Shops and Main Beach and Creek. When you park your car at Seaspray there's really no need to jump back in until your heading back to reality. The property has 3 bedrooms, main room has a queen bed, second room has 2 single beds and third room or sleepout has a set of bunks. Fully equipped - TV, DVD, microwave, gas BBQ, washing machine, small library of books and magazines. Undercover parking.
