The little mediaeval town of Torniella, dating from the 11 C, is located in the Alta Maremma in the county of Roccastrada, among woods and forests on the border between the provinces of Sienna and Grosseto. The castle of the Ardengheschi, the vassals of the Aldobrandeschi, forms the stronghold of the town. We offer two vacation apartments, but we have additional rooms and bathrooms available, providing accommodation for groups of up to 6 (or more if sofabeds are used). This makes Casa Reasco ideal for families holidaying together and for bicycle and motorcycle tours. A locked garage is available for overnight storage of bikes. We offer two vacation apartments situated on Piazza del Popolo, the main square of Torniella. Both apartments are newly restored in tradition style with wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. Apartment "Castagna" for 2 or 4 guests This apartment is 60 sqm in area and located on the first floor. It consists of two double rooms, a kitchen and a living room, plus a bathroom with shower. Satellite TV and heating are included. Apartment "Porcino" for 2 (+2) guests This apartment is 60 sqm in area and located on the second floor. It consists of one double room, a kitchen with dishwasher and a living room (35 sq m) with a sofa bed, plus a bathroom with shower. Satellite TV and heating are included. Parking is readily available in the piazza outside the door. It is possible to rent bicycles for excursions. In Torniella there are shops, bars and a pizzeria restaurant
