Black Rock Campground is an official Joshua Tree National Park campground that you can visit without paying the entrance fee to get into the park and is a short drive from the Constellation House. What's even better is that the visitor center is the hub for numerous hikes that range in difficulty level and features one of the better sunset hike destinations in the area.
