fantastic views and great food. You can buy Sylvie's homemade jam which is the best. Hike up following my instructions from the glacier des Bossons or in July and August get the chairlift. The chalet is perched beneath the glacier. ( Chemin de la Para is not the location - this is a mountain hut )

Hike for 1.5 hours directly from the chalet or catch the Bosson chairlift you for stunning views across the valley.

The perfect place for lunch with stunning views of the Bossons glacier. The staff of the chalet is very friendly and the prices very reasonable menu.

Une randonnée pas très longue et non loin du mazot, qui amène au plus près du Glacier des Bossons. Allez-y avant que le glacier ne disparaisse définitivement…!
