COBA another archeological site that is pretty impressive, near there they are two beautiful underground cenotes.

The archaeological zone is spread out and encompasses two lagoons and the largest network of stone causeways of the ancient Mayan world. There are also multiple stone pyramids, the tallest of which is some 42 meters (138 ft) high, and open to the public for climbing.

Cobá is another pre-Hispanic city, there is the highest pyramid in the Yucatan Peninsula, with a height of 42 meters. You can make your tour on rental bikes that are inside the complex. It will take you half a day to tour the ruins and temples. Cobá is one hour drive from Pietra Maya Villas.

Can get busy but I think you can still Climb to the top. Lovely view across the jungle
