If you are looking for a Joshua Tree vibe out in the desert, this place is spectacular. Try Sotol liqueur in a variety of different way, straight up or one of their amazing cocktails. Live music Friday - Sunday nights. Food truck on-site offering not your everyday types of burgers, quesadillas, tacos, and light snacks.

This place is amazing for desert-style cocktails and food. They are a Sotol distillery (similar to Mezcal and Tequila) and come up with some amazing drinks. There's also a fun gift shop if you are wanting to shop around!

A unique distillery with creative and inventive cocktails. Set in a tastefully decorated venue with seating indoor and out. Food is also available via Eden West farm to table food truck. You can also take a tour of the distillery to learn more about the history of Sotol.
