I'm so desapointed because they've taking out all the old stones and now it's all brand new. My old announce was this, but no longer real : In this amphiteather, every year you'll see outside movies, in automne, typical shows with cows from the area (Hérens cows). Also, it's a Roman place to see for free and next to it, is the dog's house "La maison du chien" where you can have a drink or a dessert.

The Romans were in the Savoy region - with nearby ruins in Martigny and in Aosta to visit. This site is also close to the Fondation Pierre Giannada art museum and the St Bernard dog museum. Reach it by car or via SNCF train to Martigny, then walk 2km or take the local tram for 8 minutes.
