The open-to-the-public Panorama cafe on the 9th floor of this Los Angeles Superior Court building has an outdoor observation deck with outstanding views of the city in multiple directions. Grand Park, which you will see right below you, is lovely. Don’t bother eating here - it’s overpriced cafeteria food. The pictures shown are from the building's observation deck, not of the Stanley Mosk building itself (which is nothing much to look at). The wavy silver building is The Walt Disney Concert Hall and the square while building behind it is The Broad (modern art museum), which is a must see.
