This is my favorite course in the area. Perfect amount of trees and perfect amount of open area. 3 to 5 par. You will not be disappointed. And on a sidenote. It opens at noon and closes at six but if you run overtime the gate will open to let you out.

This is a well-known course in the area. So, here is the deal with these two courses. Eager beaver will make you feel like the biggest champion of the sport. So much, that you will decide to go ahead and play 18 more of angry beaver. This is a huge mistake. You will not make it and you may need therapy afterwards. But good luck anyhow.

300 Carowinds BlvdThis place is only known by the locals it seems. If you want to see some raw, heavy music, check the calendar for this place. Quite a few famous bands have started here. You will definitely see a different side of Charlotte life. It’s quite the shanty Tavern but honestly, it’s a younger scene.

This place is so much fun. It’s an antique mall. Huge warehouse where individuals rent a stall and sell all kinds of nostalgic treasures. I especially like going here on a rainy day or when the temp gets over 100°.

Best barbecue in the area. And do not miss their desserts. They have a blonde brownie to die for. Sometimes I go there and only eat that.

This place is just very close to your stay here. They have the best Stromboli’s I’ve ever had in my life. This is just for if you want something good and close by. They also have a pretty large menu so you should be able to find something quick and decent to eat.

Excellent all you can eat sushi for $18. I send people there all the time and never once have they been disappointed. Make sure you check that they are open because they have a window during the daytime that is very annoying.

This is a very quaint neighborhood that is very enjoyable. Between Smelly Cat Coffee, Reigning Donuts, all the quaint bars and restaurants, you will definitely enjoy yourself here. If you are looking to move to Charlotte, this is a great neighborhood and the popularity is growing. The feel is that it is mostly dinks. (Duel income no kids)

If you are a breakfast person and you love Nola, this is a sister bar to the Ruby slipper located in New Orleans. They have so many Benedix. You absolutely cannot go wrong eating here.
