But don't forget to check out the Cape Fear Shoals exhibit as well. A day of sea creatures and education as well as a fun playground and birding overlook.

A great surf instruction for a few days of catching some waves. Wether you’ve been surfing before or your just starting out you’ll feel the rush of riding a wave in on your feet and you’ll never feel the same. Something about letting the waters power push you to shore that just ties you all together with the sea. It’s an amazing feeling. So do it, get a lesson and do the thing you always wished You did. Ride the wave!

Our islands first and only craft brewery. Always something going on at the hops and always delicious craft beers on tap. Sit outside, inside, or take a trip around the disk golf course on site. There’s often a local craft/art market as well going on.
