Southern African golfer and now course designer Peter Matkovich lent his exceptional hand to the design and development of the golf course at Mont Choisy Golf & Beach Estate.
Matkovich has a knack for developing golf courses in such a way as to enhance the features unique to each site, and to stay true to the character of the land, which should determine the shape, style and direction of play. As an erstwhile amateur, he knows that, often, it’s the average golfer out there on the course, so maximising the enjoyment of the game is always top of mind. That, and, of course, delivering a challenge to players of varying skill levels.
