Top brewery in Denver (and the nation), known for their German beers in a huge space with XL games, multiple levels and an outdoor space (along with mountain views). The Slow Pour Pilsner is nationally acclaimed, but everything they make is awesome depending on what you like (lagers, dunkels, etc). they also have some great snacks, the pretzel with beer cheese hits the spot. They are in the RiNo neighborhood just east of downtown, so there is a ton to do around this place after you grab a beer (or three). go to another brewery and make it a brewery tour, check out some awesome restaurants walking distance, or just walk around and people watch. RiNo is definitely a top area to check out and this is a top rec.

Newer brewery in Denver but already making waves in the scene as a must go, in a chill, well designed space, just on the outskirts of RiNo. Cohesion specializes in their very drinkable Czech beers. Awesome indoor and large outdoor space. Would recommend driving/ubering/scootering here as it is not very walkable from other places

If you like hazy IPAs, Cerebral makes some of the best in Denver (and can compete nationally). also they typically have a great sour, stout, and seltzer. they have an indoor space, as well as an outdoor area out front (in colder weather they keep tents in the front). they have board games and whatnot to play!

New Image is a great local brewery with the taproom located on Old Towne Arvada, a cute street with restaurants, shops, etc. (~15 minutes drive away)
They are making some of the best IPAs in Colorado, and also have a nice selection of other beers (lagers, sours, stouts), as well as other types.
They have a nice big indoor space, and a cute, relaxed outdoor backyard with lights and music. They also serve food so feel free to stay awhile.
Elevated Seltzers is next door and makes really great seltzers for a first or second stop!
