What to pack to be comfortable in the desert!
The desert can be an intense climate. Always pack sun protection (hat, sunglasses, and long sleeves) and sunscreen for your visit and be sure to pack extra water and snacks for your hikes. Since it can be quite dry during some seasons, we also recommend packing lotion in your toiletries.
