Milwaukie Heights is the neighborhood area where the Studio is located. The neighborhood is a generally safe area, but I recommend taking a buddy with you if you are walking. The TriMet SE Park Ave Max Station (Portland's Light Rail) is half a mile mile walk. The trolley trail goes right by the station you can buy your tickets there (or download the TriMet Mobile App).
