Love the place in the afternoons, this place has a bar on the second floor with live music! staff is outstanding. Charlys Place is a mix of local expats/surfers/tourists/. As you can tell you just never know who or what you will run in to at this place. One of our favorite places to let loose after a long day. Karaoke is always fun and dancing is encouraged.
