Splash Pad at Menard Park - Menard Park is located behind the McGuire-Dent Recreation Center at 28th & Seawall. It is a nice little splash pad! It's right across from the beach, a good way to rinse your sandy feet! Go on Thursday afternoon when you can browse Galveston's Own Farmers Market, then let the kiddos play on the playground and splash pad. The Farmers Market is from 3-7pm.
