Attended a special event at the Oath 84 Restaurant in downtown Wilmington at 5th & King Street. The people I met there were incredible. A favorite on Oath's Menu is the mini Lamb Chops. Tender and delicious! Make no mistake about it! The best Lamb Chops I've ever had here on the East Coast! I also had the Jerk Chicken Eggroll. Pricing is moderate. Opens at 5:00pm. I just had to meet the Chef, Justin who is also the owner. Pick up a complimentary gift card in your suite to take with you when you go there and tell Chef Justin, Pie sent you.

Pictured here is where Kool Kids Early Learning Center children play and enjoy the outdoors. We're hoping to convert Garfield Triangle into a Splash waterfall park for the neighborhood children.

The Concord Deli is the neighborhood convenience store where Mimi, the Owner has fresh fruits and vegetables daily and cold subs as well as last minute items you may need while visiting in Wilmington. Just a walk across the street to pick up a last minute item or to grab a bite on the go.

This well known Rockford Park features a large area for dogs off leash. Take a ride and walk at this beautiful park and observe the beautiful mini mansions and larger than large homes; estates. Make sure you visit the Delaware Art Museum just one block from the Tower. You can also climb the Tower steps to see the beautiful view of Wilmington. Make sure you are fit and trim and wear comfortable running or walking shoes.

Lookout DriveThis well known Rockford Park features a large area for dogs off leash. Downstate is Rehoboth Beach and many other beaches. We even have the Rehoboth Jazz Festival. So there is plenty to find to do for recreation and relaxation.

Favorite Laundry Room
Christian owned and operated is GiGi's Laundry Room. The atmosphere there is nice and inviting. Services available are Wash N Fold.-Or if your prefer you can wash your own items. Just purchase a washing card at the entrance. Last wash is at 7:00pm

Transportation is accessible and easy. We are a small city
All of our streets are easily accessible. Keep in mind the main thoroughfares are Concord Avenue which connects to Vandever Avenue at the base of Market Street. Then Market Street which connects to King Street taking you to downtown Wilmington's business district and straight into Amtrak Train Station, Greyhound and Discounted Happy Bus Depots, DART BUS Depot and the Riverfront.
