There are no shops at Milsons Passage! Interestingly, for locals, the Riverboat Postman delivers not only the post but also pretty much anything Australia Post delivers: boxes, letters, packets ..
And they also deliver food boxes.
But given your short stay you will find essentials at the following local places - water access of course.

Sightseeing
The most stunning views are to be seen from the ridge above (behind) our house. However, this is the Muogamarra Nature Reserve and there is no access from our house.
A beautiful walk is along the foreshore at low tide (going upriver) .. note that each property is private but below high water mark is Crown Land.
And of course .. the kayak is a wonderful way to get close to the river and all its amazing colours and shapes.

If you don't have your own boat .. Hawkesbury Water Taxi is the nearest and best service for getting to and from the mainland. They will also take you to restaurants nearby or book their taxi/tinny combination for the perfect scenario at a water access only property.
