A very long stretch of park that was once a river which flowed through Valencia. This is a great walk and you will pass by many beautiful bridges, gardens and there are biking and running paths as well as outdoor sports equipment.

This is the "city centre" which is architecturally beautiful and a great place to walk around to get a better feeling for the city. There are many sightseeing attractions, including the old city gates, museums and the famous Mercado Central.

A little off the beaten track, but Benimaclet is host to many of the city's students and student nightlife. There is a a plaza with a beautiful church and lots of cool places to hang out, have dinner and drinks.

Last but not least, the neighborhood where you are staying! Cabanyal has characteristic "fisherman's houses" and lots of cool restaurants, bars and shopping. Although with it's popularity, the neighborhood has upped it's profile, it still retains it's authentic charm. Take a walk down Calle Rosario or Calle de Josep Benlliure, which are 2 of the most interesting and charming streets.
