The Leaning Pear is our go-to restaurant. It has a wonderful atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. It is located close to Cypress Creek. The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is perfect. The restaurant also has excellent choices for kids and a nice outdoor space for them to explore.

This is a wonderful outdoor area with gorgeous views. You can enjoy a drink from the bar or a snack from one or two food trucks. The outdoor space is wonderful and has a play area for kids.

Sightseeing
The Blue Hole is a favorite swimming hole for locals during the summer. It is absolutely gorgeous and the water is refreshingly cool from spring water. So, even in August you will be cooled off. There are grassy areas to lay out towels and picnic. You do need to make reservations in advance for swimming. However, the Blue Hole Park is open all year for walking trails.

EmilyAnn Theater hosts a wealth of wonderful activities throughout the year for all. There are children's theater programs that include interactive plays. There are also evening plays throughout the year. EmilyAnn Theater is also host to the Trail of Lights from Thanksgiving to New Year and the Butterfly Festival in the Spring.

There are also great things to eat from kettle corn to barbecue. Market Days takes place the first Saturday of every month (except Jan and Feb) and it has become an integral part of the Wimberley experience.
