Cocoon Coffee House complements our full service dining experiences with grab-and-go convenience while maintaining our commitment to locally sourced and well crafted dining selections. Our restaurants are able to provide delivery to all of our properties, and we offer onsite catering at a choice selection of our accommodations.

The Dock on Lake Wallenpaupack was once the Marine Terrace, a popular 1940s roadhouse in the Wallenpaupack cottage community. Three generations later, it is now The Dock on Wallenpaupack, a full service Hawley, PA restaurant with a Waterfront addition on the Silver Birches property.
The Dock on Wallenpaupack features a combination of water-inspired foods and culinary twists on vintage classic dishes that would have been prominent when Baby Boomers were kids – comfort foods such as soups, snacks, salads, sandwiches, and light entrees. Many of our menu items include seafood dishes as well as grilled steaks and other classic dishes. There’s something for everyone at the Dock on Wallenpaupack, and unlike other Hawley, PA restaurants, we have an extensive list of signature cocktails and a wine list for guests to choose from. During the spring and summer months, enjoy a fresh-cooked meal on our Deck while enjoying the expansive scenic view of the lake or while listening to some live entertainment. Unlike many other restaurants in Hawley, PA, we also have an additional pub, a coffee house, and the Starboard Room, a private dining room for those hosting events at Silver Birches. Each offer picnic tables and a unique vantage point to enjoy lake views, expect Burns Island, as it is home to several Eagles nests and other protected wildlife. Pack a picnic lunch from one of the Settlers Hospitality restaurants and enjoy a day at the Lake.
If you can't make it out on a boat, head over to the beach at Wilson, the only place on the lake that has nice sand to relax on.
Gorgeous Delaware River tributary falls located within the Delaware State Forest. With a 0.6 mile trail to hike on, you can enjoy numerous cascades, steep ledges, with the final falls onto the flat lands.

In addition to the remnants of a canal lock that dates to the early 1800s, the park preserves the Daniels Farmhouse. The structure also known as Lock 31 House was built in 1820. A walking trail traces the route of the former D & H Canal tow path. The trail links with the Hawley Trail and travels into town, past The Settlers Inn, through Bingham Park and to the Riverside Trail. D & H Canal Park is located on Route 6 in Hawley.
