Just a beautiful place to spend some time. Not only on the Pier it's self... there is the 3rd Street Promenade which is many blocks of pedestrian only shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes from the house!!!

What can I say... the list goes on. There are so many places to see and visit in Los Angeles. Venice is only 2 miles sound from Santa Monica so you could go to one place and walk or bike in the ocean trail to both!

From the Sherman Oaks Galleria heading east all the way into Studio City, Ventura Blvd. has the widest variety of shopping (Fashion Square Mall 5 miles away) and food as well as boutique and novelty shops. The best "Valley Living" character can be found mainly in this stretch of Ventura Blvd.
