Lady Bird Lake (or Town Lake for you Austin natives) is a great place to rent canoes, kayaks and paddle boats. We like to go to their off-leash dog park, where dogs can wrestle and swim. Runners and walkers will love the trails too!

It is a beautiful natural pool which was formed by a cave. Please be warned that you need reservations weeks in advance so you won't be turned away.
