You can often find fishermen fishing here... My real estate agent has done that many times. Its a 14.5-kilometre path running between the Old Port and Lake Saint-Louis, a waterway with five "locks" that control access. Along the banks is the green space park with the last signs of the industrial era when the canal boomed. During the year, there's plenty of activities at this historic site... making it a great place to visit with family or friends.

You're only 5 to 10 minutes away from the park and shoreline where you can go for a walk, jog or bike... It's a long stretch, there's plenty of bike paths and places to fish... Including a marina along the way and a public swimming pool at the Natatorium...
