Authentic French Cuisine. Homemade baguettes to die for. Fantastic for breakfast and they are very friendly and make you feel at home. Prices are very reasonable too. It's a bit of a hidden gem. :)

This is a fairly new restaurant. The menu is unique and design by a stellar chef, Justin! It's very close to the condo, but it's kind of tucked away so it doesn't get a lot of traffic, in general.
I highly recommend their soft-shell taco, especially the shrimp tacos. Yum!

This is a fantastic Starbucks location, newly built. The outdoor terrace has a great view of the mountains and there is often live acoustic guitar music just outside the store. Perfect place to do some work at your laptop or just hang out.

This is a great discounted theatre. They movies are not the most current releases which is why tickets are discounted, but the movies are not very old at all.
Recommend this theatre for budget-friendly films. :)
