This is one of the shortest hikes of Table Mountain to the cave roughly 30 min up and 30 min down. I can offer you advise on the route to take and the times for this climb.
Protea season this is a spectacular hike. The views from the cave are great and it is a large cave.

This a long climb and is spectacular once at the top. It is not an easy climb but it is not the hardest of the climbs. The view of Camps Bay is spectacular from the the diving board at the top. The walk to the reservoirs is highly recommended and the museum . There are many routes down including walking the spine to the cable car. Advise on where to start can be offered.
