Located on the Marmara Sea coast on the Asian Side of town, the Kadıköy district and its Moda neighborhood are known as a relaxed, free and friendly part of Istanbul - a gathering place for artists, musicians, and coffee lovers. Here you will find a large Seaside (Mode Sahil) where people love to go for runs and spend the evening listing to live music. The Bar Street (Barlar Sokağı) is known for its large selection of bars and energy at all hours of the day and night. The Antique Street (Antik Sokak) is full of treasures, from beautiful decorative pieces to vintage records. Throughout the entire Moda neighborhood there are restaurants of every cuisine, cafes and coffeeshops - friendly to remote workers and digital nomads.
