Casual bites
Some of my favorite spots to grab a solid bite to eat when I’m enjoying my time at the beach.
If you were to walk in a straight line from the house to the water, you’d end up at this spot. The tiki bar sits on a pier with unobstructed views of the sand, sun and waves — it doesn’t get more ‘at the beach’ than this. One of my favorite places to walk and grab a margarita or retreat to when things get a little hot on the sand.

A new favorite of mine. The food here is great and the atmosphere is exactly what you’re looking for in a local, casual beach bar. Nothing overly fancy & no pretense — just good eats in a wonderfully eclectic environment.

A neat local boardwalk setup, littered with shops, spots to eat, and, depending on the time of year, a little outdoor carnival. A nice place to go wonder around with the family. Grab a bite to eat, some local desert, and maybe a cocktail or two — all nestled between waves crashing on the beach and some solid people watching.
