Great little neighborhood secret! Every Sunday starting at 9am, Motor Ave (a 3 minute walk) has a Farmer's Market. Buy local fruit, clothes, art, etc. I suggest to go to the Vegan Joint, grab a coffee and sit outside and listen to the live music and people watch.
