Ultimately, the crowd is pretty touristy, but there are plenty of locals who have a piece of Hatch history in their homes.

For decades, Arnold's was only open for weekday lunch, but it now has dinner hours (the popular Arnold’s After Dark), weekend hours, and even a new bar.
