This 1600 acre farm property is located at the Wells Estuarine Reserve and abuts the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge. They have many easy trails and on that leads to the beach on Drake’s Island which is significantly less crowded than Ogunquit beach at all time of the year.

The mountain takes only 25 minutes to summit by foot and about an hour round trip. XC skiing trails in winter, sledding at summit. Excellent place to catch the sunrise or sunset. Panoramic views of Cape Porpoise, Nubble point, Portsmouth, and Mt. Washington.
