Spam musubi is a popular snack and lunch food composed of a slice of grilled Spam sandwiched either in between or on top of a block of rice, wrapped together with nori. You’ve gotta try one while you are in Hawaii. They also have great prices! Definitely a local favorite.

Close to Waikiki, Diamond Head is a volcanic crater. The trail is moderate in difficulty. Trail length is 1.6 miles round trip. You will probably spend 1-3 hours at Diamond Head. There are beautiful views of Southeastern Oahu.
