Beer + Food Trucks
We are BEER people, so with 39 total breweries in the Springs, we have narrowed down the selection for you. Here are our local favs! Most of these breweries do not serve food, but more than likely you can find a local food truck parked out front! Check out they’re Facebook or Instagram for the most recent food truck schedule.
This is a newer brewery with a constantly rotating tap. They have a great outdoor seating area and plenty of card/board games to play while you hang out. They do not serve food but there is always a different food truck parked outside. Check their Instagram to see their food truck schedule.

If you want outdoor seating, this is your place! Awesome views of the entire mountain range, outdoor and indoor firepits, cornhole, and a permanent taco truck. A bit of a drive but definitely worth it!

Goat Patch Brewing is one of our favorite breweries and is located in an old school (not to be confused with the heavily tourist-y Bristol Brewing at Ivywild). This place has much more of a local feel with a great variety of beer. Goat Patch shares a building with a cocktail bar, cafe, and bakery. Also, there is a food truck nearly every night. As featured on Guy Feiri's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, Piglatin is an absolute must! They have both a restaurant and a food truck - we prefer the food truck because the restaurant is fairly loud. Also, the food truck is usually located at local breweries which is always fun! We LOVE the Nachos and the Stacked Arepas, but you honestly can't go wrong with anything!! Wow! Wow! Wow! This has recently become one of our favorites! They have tons of options, as well as vegan and vegetarian. We love the BBQ Hawaiian and the Caprese. Check Facebook and Instagram for their current schedule.

Neighborhoods
One of the more historical buildings of Colorado Springs. Very beautiful place to wander. Great restaurants and a beautiful pond. They enforce a dress-code if you are on the property - a polo/blouse and jeans should be fine. Watch for wild deer!

If you want to see the historic mansions of Colorado Springs, this is where you want to go. The neighborhood is consider the "Old North End". Just start in downtown and follow Tejon or Nevada north. We like to park at the corner of Cascade and Moreno, grab a PikeRide bike share, and take a cruise up into this neighborhood, especially during the autumn months! Our most favorite homes are located on Wood Ave.

Home of the Saturday Slushie Beer, you can’t go wrong here. They have a specialty brunch every Sunday, and a fabulous menu for the remainder of the week. Plus plenty of outdoor seating. We cannot recommend this place enough!
