A not to be missed experience on Sunday when this row of Victorian shops gets inundated with flower sellers and cockney accents. It's a 20 minute bus ride from my flat.

The canal runs between Angel deep into east London via Broadway Market and up to Victoria Park. There are pubs and cafes scattered along the way (see pics) and it has bike docking stations too.
