You're in Denver, time to get some AUTHENTIC Mexican fare! Nothing fancy, order at the counter from their handwritten posted menu. Breakfast burritos as big as your head and smothered in delicious vegetarian green chili! If you haven't brushed up on your Spanish lately, be patient, and enjoy the experience. When you order a burrito, they will ask, "Smothered?"... Say "YES!" :) Authentic lunch options, too. Seating is limited and basic, so To-Go orders are what I recommend.
