Winter Visitors
Packing tips: bring warm clothing, hats and gloves!!! The temperatures in winter run from mid 50s to below freezing. The bedding in the tent will keep you warm, but good to bring easy to pull on boots, etc for bathroom trips. We also provide propane heat that works well to heat the tent. Bring fresh water. We turn the water off when it drops below freezing and is best for cleaning only.

Summer Visitors
Get ready for fun in the sun. Typically temperatures are in the mid 80s/90s through mid-morning. From 10-4, the temperatures can top 100. We recommend shorts, T-shirts, close-toed shoes (we get red ants that bite), hats, sunglasses and sunscreen. Light blankets and sheets typically are comfortable at night, you might bring a long-sleeve shirt if you get chilly. Towels are provided for our cowboy pool and shower. There are many solar lights to help you see at night, but flashlights can be helpful as well.
