The monument overlooking Rio de Janeiro have beyond breathtaking views. It is considered one of the seven new wonders of the world. There are three ways to get to it. You can take a train, van or hike. The train is the most famous and traditional way. The train will take you through Atlantic Forest almost to the top of the Corcovado Mountain. Make sure to have you camera ready and look to the right when the train is almost in the top. I suggest to pick a beautiful sunny day, so you don't miss any of the spectaculars views.

If you want to party, you need to go to Lapa , a bohemian neighborhood in Rio. It is worth visiting for a taste of Brazilian night life. Rio Scenarium is a classic, you will be amazed by the decor, the music and the size of this place. A lot of ambientes to choose from. There is another place similar, called "Carioca da Gema " very nice too, located Avenida Mem de sa, 79. But, if i have to choose one I would go to Rio Scenarium.

Take a stroll on the famous and often imitated Burle Marx designed Sidewalks ( boardwalk of Copacabana). Check the Statue of Carlos Drummont de Andrade, he is the most famous Brazilian Poet of the 20th Century, Sit next to it, between post 5 and 6.
You can walk from the beginning, Leme to the end, where Fort Copacabana is located. For night life "Baixo Copa" it is full of life, bars, restaurants, music and fun. It is just steps from our place, Rua Domingos Ferreira.
Don’t forget to try some Brazilian dishes, like feijoada, picanha meat, moqueca, and little tapas like empadas, pastel, queijo coalho in the stick. Drinks like coconut water straight from the fruit, açaí bowl, mate and our famous caipirinha.
